Our Mission

To empower individuals and families through education, spiritual enrichment, and community engagement—restoring wholeness and purpose in every life we touch.

We envision a world where brokenness is met with grace, where lives are transformed through truth and love, and where communities thrive because each person has been given the tools, support, and encouragement to rise.

Through innovative, heart-centered programs and services, we:

  • Offer healing resources and workshops that nurture emotional, spiritual, and mental wellness
  • Support youth and women in discovering their identity, value, and voice
  • Equip leaders and caregivers with tools for faith-based mentorship and resilience
  • Create safe spaces for conversation, community-building, and spiritual growth
  • Partner with local churches, schools, and agencies to meet the needs of underserved populations

We believe in the power of community. That transformation is not just an individual pursuit—it is a shared experience. Together, we rise. Together, we heal. Together, we move forward.

Founded on the belief that every person is worthy of healing, purpose, and growth, our mission is to help people flourish—body, mind, and spirit.

At WDYTYR, we’re on a heartfelt mission to ignite positive change in our communities. We believe that everyone should have the chance to flourish in body, mind, and spirit. With our impactful programs and services, we are dedicated to empowering individuals and families to foster meaningful and lasting transformation together.

About the Founder

Elisa is a woman deeply rooted in faith and family, bringing a unique blend of professional expertise and spiritual passion to her work. She is a beloved daughter of God, a devoted wife, a proud mom to her abundantly blessed children, and “Nani” to her talented and wonderful grandchildren. Born and raised in the vibrant Bronx, New York, she carries the spirit of a “city girl” with the heart of a “country girl.”

Her life took a transformative turn in 1992 when she surrendered to Jesus Christ. This pivotal moment led to her salvation and reconciliation with God, inspiring her to live a life that pleases Him, continually growing in Christ, and effectively defending the Christian faith.

With nearly three decades of experience in Clinical Research and pharmaceutical Drug Development, Elisa brings a rigorous, analytical mind to her spiritual pursuits. Beyond her professional achievements, she holds a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in divinity, further deepening her understanding and enhancing her ability to teach.

Elisa’s passion extends to living for God, actively serving in her local church and community, cherishing time with her family, and helping others. She is committed to God’s heart’s desires and has found immense joy in various mentoring roles.

Her most tremendous yearning is to know more about God, her Creator and Heavenly Father. She desires His presence in every aspect of her life and is humbled by the intimacy and warmth of their relationship. This profound connection is encapsulated in her motto: “If God said it, Just Do It!” This serves as a constant reminder to trust in God’s Word and His promises, acting in faith without hesitation, and underscoring her belief in the power of obedience in the Christian faith.

I write for my sisters trying to find clarity & purpose in the world

So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or “What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
